How Three Italian Cities Are Achieving Best-practice Food Waste Recycling Levels

One of the biggest challenges for recycling food waste is getting people to separately sort it. Last month I visited three Italian cities that are separately collecting 80-90 percent of food waste. This included Milan, Parma, and Sommacampagna. In this video, I explain how these cities are achieving world-class recycling levels.
